京津冀地区高等职业教育与区域经济高质量发展耦合协调研究

Coupling of Higher Vocational Education and High-quality Development of Regional Economy:Taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration as an Example

研究基于2014-2022 年的面板数据,运用耦合协调模型、σ收敛性检验与灰色关联分析方法对京津冀高等职业教育与区域经济高质量发展两系统进行分析.研究发现:京津冀高等职业教育水平与区域经济高质量发展水平没有达到均衡状态.从耦合协调度来看,河北已进入有序发展阶段,而京津两地的相互作用程度在减弱.从σ收敛性分析与关联要素分析来看,河北不存在阶段性的σ收敛,国家投入的教育经费是影响耦合协调差异的关键因素.未来应尽快建立职业教育资源共享平台,进一步对高等职业教育加大经费投入力度,努力推进职业教育供给侧改革,推动京津冀高等职业教育与区域经济高质量发展.
Based on the panel data from 2014 to 2020,this paper analyzed the two systems of higher vocational education and re-gional economic high-quality development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei by using the methods of the coupling coordination model,the σconvergence test and the grey correlation analysis.The study found that the level of higher vocational education in the Bei-jing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and the level of high-quality development of the regional economy have not reached a bal-anced state.From the perspective of coupling coordination degree,Hebei has entered the stage of orderly development,while the degree of interaction between Tianjin and Beijing is weakening.According to σconvergence analysis and related factor analysis,Hebei does not have staged σconvergence,and the education funds invested by the state is a key factor affecting the difference in coupling coordination.In order to promote the high-quality development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei higher vocational education and regional economy,the following suggestions are proposed:establishing a vocational education resource sharing platform as soon as possible;further increasing investment in higher vocational education;striving to carry out the supply-side reform of vocational education.
