摘要
建设技能型社会的逻辑起点是改良技能生态系统,技能生态系统的优化需要动力驱动.整合技能生态系统理论和三重螺旋驱动理论形成的三重螺旋驱动下的技能生态系统模型,为解析技能生态系统关键变量提供了系统分析框架."政校企"在优化技能生态系统中扮演主体、主导和主力角色,发挥催化剂、营养物和支持性环境等作用.实践案例验证了三重螺旋驱动下区域技能生态建设的实现之道.
Abstract
The logical starting point of building the skill-based society is to improve the skill ecosystem,and the optimization of the skill ecosystem needs to be driven by power.The skill ecosystem model driven by triple helix,which is formed by integrating the skill ecosystem theory and the triple helix driving theory,provides a systematic analysis framework for parsing key variables in the skill ecosystem."Government-school-enterprise"plays the subject,the leading role and main role in the optimization of skill ecosystem respectively,playing the roles of catalyst,nutrition and supportive environment.The practical case verified the realiza-tion of regional skill ecological construction driven by the triple helix.
