As a highly aging society,the Japanese government attaches great importance to the improvement of digital literacy and skills of the elderly.The Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications,local governments and social forces have launched a series of projects and programs to help the elderly integrate into the digital society.From the perspective of education,Japan has explored the path of improving the digital literacy and skills of the elderly from five aspects:offering diversified curriculum,crea-ting a comfortable learning environment,constructing an integrated teaching platform,providing high-quality teaching services,and deepening the collaborative development of multi-agents.Drawing on the experience of Japan,we can compare with the de-velopment needs of the elderly in our country in the digital era.Taking education as the starting point,China can focus on impro-ving the digital literacy and skills of the elderly through the following channels:formulating and revising corresponding policies and regulations in a timely manner to form a systematic guarantee;taking the government as the lead to drive stakeholders to form collaborative support;adhering to the principle of"people-oriented"to provide aging friendly services for the elderly.
