School-Enterprise Alliance of Continuing Education in the Construction of Skill-based Society:Connotative Features,Evolution Analysis and Development Strategies
As a form of industry-education integration,the continuing education school-enterprise alliance is characterized by re-gional activity,diverse membership,multifaceted services,and clear objectives.It primarily serves to cultivate applied,compos-ite,and skilled talents required by industries and enterprises.It is found that the continuing education school-enterprise alliance is the product of modern industrial society development and has become a significant force to accelerate the construction of a skill-based society.External environmental factors,such as national policies,market demands,school-age population,and informa-tion technology,are the main driving forces to promote the evolution of the continuing education school-enterprise alliance.In the construction of the continuing education school-enterprise alliance in the new era,it is necessary to clarify the linkage mechanism among the government,schools and enterprises,give full play to the leading role of the government,adopt a regionally tailored approach,rely on the symbiotic development of urban industry-education integration bodies,harness its role as a bridge for the coordination and innovation of the three types of education(vocational education,higher education,and continuing education),and ultimately achieve sustainable development of the school-enterprise alliance for continuing education.
