The Content,Characteristics,and Practical Path of Teaching Reform in Secondary Vocational Education—Analysis of the Recent Three National Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Awards
The reform of secondary vocational education teaching is a key variable for achieving high-level development of vocational education,and the National Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Award has become the main window for understanding the effectiveness of vocational education teaching reform.Through the analysis of the content of the past three National Vocational Education Teaching Achievement Awards(at the secondary vocational level),it is found that the proportion of awards at the secondary vocational level is relatively low,there is a significant difference in the proportion of vocational school awards among provinces and cities,the professional achievements of vocational schools cover three major industries,and the distribution of themes for vocational school teaching achievement awards is diverse.The secondary vocational education achievement award presents distinct characteristics such as significant differences in teaching reform levels,prominent cross-border attributes of teaching achievement awards,significant achievements in the development of the secondary vocational service industry,significant achievements in teaching resource construction,rich achievements in teaching and education,initial achievements in digital empowerment of secondary vocational education,obvious effectiveness in serving social development,and clear exploration results in the vocational education system.On this basis,the future practice of teaching reform in vocational education needs to be promoted from four aspects:Firstly,explore new paths for integrating vocational education to promote the construction of a modern vocational education system.Secondly,optimize secondary vocational education resources and build a new situation of mutual benefit and win-win for multiple subjects.Thirdly,continue to promote digital transformation and seize new opportunities for the development of vocational schools.And fourthly,deepen the integration of industry and education as well as science and education,and promote collaborative innovation among secondary vocational education entities.
