As a creative social practice,discourse is mutually constructed with social reality,and requires discourse analysis as the starting point,based on social interaction theory,to explore the discourse generation logic of vocational education's social image.Analysis reveals that the three discourse patterns of vocational education image include:positive policy discourse under positive image,labeled public discourse under negative image,and conflicting media discourse under double-sided image.There are different motivations behind different discourse styles.Policy discourse guides the value of vocational education based on national strategic development,public discourse devalues the value of vocational education based on their own interests,and media discourse serves as an intermediary tool to replicate the value of vocational education.To change the discourse space mismatch of vocational education image,it is necessary to explore the generation logic of the discourse system of vocational education social image from the perspective of social interaction theory,based on self-interaction,interaction between self and the other,and group interaction of vocational education discourse subjects.
