As the epistemology and methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism,systematic concept has rich connotation and distinct dialectical character.It is not only a basic thought and working method,but also an important thinking tool for human to understand and transform the world.The core viewpoint of the system concept is forward-looking,global,strategic,and holistic,which has the basic characteristics of focusing on the whole,paying attention to the structure,maintaining openness,and managing complexity.The high-quality development of vocational education is a significant judgment put forward by vocational education in the new era for the empowering the nation with education,the main battlefield of economy and society and the major strategic needs of the country,which is fundamentally derived from the understanding of the nature and law of its own development in the process of high-quality development of vocational education.The high-quality development of vocational education is faced with a complex environment and various contradictions,which is a complex integrated and systematic project.It requires creative application of systematic concepts to the high-quality development of vocational education.Following the basic logic of universal connection,comprehensive system,and development change,guided by a systematic concept,it is pointed out that the following four aspects are to be persisted:Adhere to a broad perspective and engage in forward-looking thinking;Adhere to a comprehensive plan and do a good job of overall planning and consideration;Adhere to strategic layout and maintain system openness;Adhere to holistic promotion and enhance collaborative synergy.
