摘要
产教融合型企业是发挥重要办学主体作用,与院校开展融合育人活动,并经过培育认证、具有较强示范作用的企业.产教融合型企业培育是高等职业教育产教融合政策落地的具体表现,具有推动企业经济价值和教育价值相统一、促进高等职业院校供给和企业需求相融合、提升高等职业院校人才培养质量、增强高等职业教育产教融合发展的示范效应.可以从架构多元参与机制、完善统筹协调机制、健全利益激励机制和优化监督评价机制入手,培育高质量产教融合型企业.
Abstract
Industry-education integrated enterprises are enterprises that play an important role as the main body of education,carry out integrated education activities with universities,and have been cultivated,certified,and have a strong demonstration role.The cultivation of industry-education integrated enterprises is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of the policy of industry-education integration in higher vocational education,which has a demonstration effect of promoting the unity of economic and educational values of enterprises,promoting the integration of supply from higher vocational colleges and demand from enterprises,improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and enhancing the development of industry education integration in higher vocational education.The cultivation of high-quality industry-education integrated enterprises can be started by establishing a diversified participation mechanism,improving the overall coordination mechanism,enhancing the incentive mechanism for interests,and optimizing the supervision and evaluation mechanism.
