基于高职教育与技工教育相融共长、高职院校和技师学院协同发展的时代背景,通过文献分析和实证研究,分析了高职学生和技校学生贯通培养的理论背景和实践现状,发现职技融通能够拓宽高职教育和技工教育的办学渠道,打通高职院校学生技能提高和技师学院学生学历提升的通道,提出找准高职技师协同"融通点"、搭建技术技能共进"成长链"、拓展政行企校合作"协作面",是实现技术技能人才提质增量、构建职业教育人才贯通培养体系、赋能技能型社会高效建设的有效路径.
Based on the era background of the integration and mutual growth of vocational education and technical education,as well as the coordinated development of vocational colleges and technical colleges,literature analysis and empirical research methods are used to analyze the theoretical background and practical status of the integrated training of vocational and technical students.It is found that vocational and technical integration can effectively expand the channels for vocational education and technical education,and open up the channels for improving the skills of vocational college students and improving the academic qualifications of technical college students.It is of great significance to identify the"integration point"of vocational technician collaboration,build a"growth chain"of technical skills,and expand the"cooperation surface"of government,industry,and school cooperation.It is an effective path to achieve the improvement and increment of technical and skilled talents,build a comprehensive training system for vocational education talents,and empower the efficient construction of a skilled society.
