高职院校思想政治理论课高层次人才队伍建设研究——以江苏省为例

摘要
办好思想政治理论课的关键在教师,高层次人才在思想政治理论课教师队伍建设中起着引领和示范作用.目前,高职院校思想政治理论课教师高层次人才的缺乏和贡献率不高严重制约了思想政治理论课教师队伍建设,成为提高思想政治理论课教学质量和教学成效的瓶颈.高等职业教育相关主体应充分认识思想政治理论课高层次人才队伍建设的重要意义,构建思想政治理论课高层次人才队伍建设的"五加"机制,实现高职院校思想政治理论课高质量发展.
Abstract
The key to running ideological and political theory courses well lies in the teachers,and high-level talents play a leading and exemplary role in the construction of the teaching staff.Currently,the lack of high-level talents and low contribution rate of ideological and political theory teachers in vocational colleges seriously restrict the construction of the high-level ideological and political theory teacher team in vocational colleges,becoming a bottleneck in improving the effectiveness and validity of ideological and political theory courses.Vocational colleges should fully recognize the importance of building a high-level talent team for ideological and political courses,establish a"Five Plus"mechanism for the construction of high-level talent teams for ideological and political courses,and achieve high-quality development of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges.
