摘要
职业教育发展是依赖多要素砥砺赋能的共生、共进、共创的过程.理论创生奠定理论基础、发挥指导作用,是由整合论、跨界论、适配论和类型论构成的.其中,整合是职业教育的方法论,跨界是职业教育的本质论,适配是职业教育的规律论,类型是职业教育的特色论.文化创化是职业教育育人手段方式的升级版和根本趋从."创化"是创新转化及创造化用之意,其方法是:创化是人才培养的润育机制,创化是哲学维度的扬弃创新,创化是职教特色融合化界.实践创进是创新推进之意,创新是推进的手段,推进是创新的目标及其实现.职业教育实践创进的应然取径应当聚焦于以下三个方面:实践落地创新的下位创进,产教融合、校企合作的"三化"创进,市域产教联合体、行业产教融合共同体的协同创进.
Abstract
The development of vocational education is a process of symbiosis,co-progress,and co-creation that relies on multiple factors to hone and empower.Theoretical creation lays the theoretical foundation and plays a guiding role,which is composed of integration theory,cross-border theory,adaptation theory,and typology.Among them,integration is the methodology of vocational education,cross-border is the essence of vocational education,adaptation is the regularity of vocational education,and type is the characteristic of vocational education.Cultural creativity is an upgraded version and fundamental trend of vocational education's means of educating people."Creativity"refers to the transformation of innovation or the application of creativity.Its methods are:creativity is the nurturing mechanism for talent cultivation,creativity is the abandonment of innovation in the philosophical dimension,and creativity is the integration of vocational education characteristics.Practice and innovation are the means of promoting innovation,innovation is the means of promotion,and promotion is the goal and realization of innovation.The natural path for the innovation of vocational education practice should focus on the following three aspects:the lower level innova-tion of practical implementation,the"three transformations"of industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation,and the collaborative innovation of city-level industry-education consortia and industry industry-education integration communities.
