摘要

高职院校教师是产教融合的核心力量,其产教融合能力决定了高职教育产教融合人才培养的整体水平与质量.高职院校教师产教融合能力主要包括产教融合协同育人、协同发展、协同创新、协同服务等方面的能力.高职院校教师要以产促教,突出产教融合课程教材建设,提升协同育人能力;以教促产,突出产教融合就业创业教育,提升协同发展能力;创新引领,突出产教融合产业技术创新,提升协同创新能力;育训并举,突出产教融合职业技术培训,提升协同服务能力.同时,高职院校和企业要加大投入,突出产教融合体制机制建设,提升高职教师发展保障水平.

Abstract

Teachers in higher vocational and technical colleges are the core force of the industry-education integration,and their industry-education integration competences determine the overall level and quality of talent cultivation in industry-education integration in higher vocational education.The teachers'industry-education integration competences in higher vocational and technical colleges mainly include industry-education integration competences in collaborative education,collaborative development,collaborative innovation,and collaborative services.For vocational college teachers,the following aspects should be emphasized:Promoting education through production,highlighting the integration of production and education in curriculum and textbook construction,and enhancing collaborative education capabilities;Promoting production through education,highlighting the integration of industry and education in employment and entrepreneurship education,and enhancing collaborative development capabilities;Innovation leadership,highlighting the integration of industry and education in industrial technology innovation,and enhancing collaborative innovation capabilities;Promoting both education and training,highlighting the integration of industry and education in vocational and technical training,and enhancing collaborative service capabilities.Meanwhile,vocational colleges and enterprises should increase investment,highlight the construction of a system and mechanism for integrating industry and education,and improve the level of development guarantee for vocational teachers.
