摘要

共生理论是产业要素融入人才培养的理论基础.产业要素融入专业人才培养既是实现产教深度融合,亦是提高职业院校专业人才培养成效的重要途径.在共生理论指导下,选取资本、土地、人力、生产及管理、信息五大产业要素,对产业要素与人才培养要素进行匹配分析,并就目前职业教育"产"融入"教"所面临的困境及因由,从资本共投、土地共存、人才共培、教学共管、资源共建五个方面挖掘产业要素提升专业建设质量及人才培养成效的实现路径与实施策略.

Abstract

The theory of symbiosis is the theoretical foundation for integrating industrial factors into talent cultivation.The integration of industrial factors into professional talent cultivation is not only a deep integra-tion of industry and education,but also an important way to improve the effectiveness of professional talent cultivation in vocational colleges.Under the guidance of the theory of symbiosis,the five major industrial ele-ments of capital,land,human resources,production and management,and information are selected,and the matching analysis between industrial elements and talent cultivation elements is conducted.And based on the current difficulties and reasons faced by the integration of industry into education in vocational education,the implementation paths and strategies for improving the quality of specialty construction and the effectiveness of talent cultivation are explored from five aspects:capital co-investment,land co-existence,talent co-cultiva-tion,teaching co-management,and resource co-construction.
