摘要
江恒源在中华职业教育社事业长期实践中,将职业指导与职业学校教育、职业补习教育一起视为职业教育"三大主干",躬身入局、挺膺负责,成为同时代职业指导事业"概念化"集成者、职业指导机构"正规化"设计者、职业指导业务"规范化"实践者、职业指导思想"本土化"探索者.在他丰富的职业指导言论与实践中,得以窥见民国职业指导曲折发展脉络,置身其时代思考职业指导功能,见证职业指导由"思辨"向"量化"转变,方能体会职业指导本土应用的艰辛历程,进而启迪当今职业指导事业可持续发展.
Abstract
Jiang Hengyuan,through long-term practice in the cause of China Vocational Education Society,regarded vocational guidance as one of the"three mainstays"of vocational education,alongside vocational school education and vocational supplementary education.His devotion to the field makes him a conceptual integrator of vocational guidance,a designer of regularized vocational guidance institutions,a practitioner of standardized vocational guidance services,and an explorer of the localization of vocational guidance.His rich discourse and practice of vocational guidance demonstrated the tortuous development of vocational guidance in the Republic of China and illustrated the hardship of its local application.Only by contemplating the function of vocational guidance within the context of history can we appreciate its transformation from speculative to quantitative and thereby inspire the sustainable development of today's vocational guidance en-deavors.
