身正为范:师范院校职教师资师德培育研究

摘要
师德培育对于师范生而言,既是教育的过程,也是教育的目的.职业教育师资师德的培养和塑造,关系到将来职业教育的代际提升,对职业教育相关产业的持续发展也至关重要.通过回顾我国职业教育及职教师资师德培育的历程,发现目前我国职教师资师德培育从"外构"到"内建"转型期中社会价值定位的诸多问题,并据此提出了加强职教师资师德理论体系创新研究、落实职教师资师德建设长效机制、构建职教师资师德合理监督体系与完善在地职教师资道德培育规范保障的建议,以期为职教师资德育培养发展提供参考.
Abstract
For pre-service teachers,moral education is not only a process of education,but also the purpose of education.Helping vocational teachers acquire teachers'professional ethics is not only relevant to the inter-generational improvement of future vocational education but also crucial for the sustainable development of corresponding industries in vocational education.By reviewing the process of vocational education and the cultivation of professional ethics among vocational teachers in China,it is found that there are many problems in the social value positioning of the current transformation from"external"to"internal"in the cultivation of professional ethics among vocational teachers.Based on this,suggestions are proposed to strengthen the innovation and research of the theoretical system of professional ethics among vocational teachers,implement a long-term mechanism for the construction of professional ethics among vocational teachers,construct a reasonable supervision system for professional ethics among vocational teachers,and provide standardized guarantees for the cultivation of professional ethics among local vocational teachers,in order to provide reference for the development of professional ethics among vocational teachers.
