现场工程师培养的意义与课程教学改革的创新理路

摘要
现场工程师作为我国新时代社会主义现代化建设所需的一种重要高层次技能人才,其人才培养质量的提高能够为我国职业教育和工程教育提质增效贡献力量.现场工程师的培养属于职业教育和工程教育的重叠领域,要基于中国特色的培养方式,明确培养的底层逻辑,厘清培养意义,借助国际经验构建现场工程师培养的整体框架,通过系统的课程教学改革分析,明确现场工程师培养课程与教学改革目标、内容、组织、评价及其改革领导力等多个要素,为职业院校现场工程师培养的课程教学改革创新提供思路.
Abstract
As an important high-level skilled talent required for China's socialist modernization construction in the new era,the improvement of the quality of talent training for field engineers can contribute to the improvement and efficiency of vocational education and engineering education in China.The training of field engineers belongs to the overlapping field of vocational education and engineering education.It should be based on the training approach with Chinese characteristics,clarify the underlying logic of training,clarify the significance of training,and use international experience comparison to construct the overall framework of field engineer training.By implementing a systematic analysis of curriculum and teaching reform in terms of objectives,content,organization,and evaluation,multiple elements of field engineer training curriculum and teaching reform objectives,content,organization,evaluation,and reform leadership are clarified,providing ideas for the curriculum and teaching reform innovation of field engineer training in vocational colleges.
