摘要
培养造就一线大国工匠,是党中央主动应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革挑战,加速发展新质生产力的重要命题.大国工匠作为新时代的政策话语,亟待进行深入细致的学理探讨.目前,应从技艺精湛和技术创新两个维度,对大国工匠的群体特质和成长规律进行初步探讨.职业教育作为培养潜在大国工匠的重要载体,需要在专业、课程、教学、教师、实践等方面进行系统性变革.
Abstract
Cultivating frontline craftsmen of great powers is an important proposition for the Party Central Committee to actively respond to the challenges of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,and accelerate the development of new quality productive forces.As a policy discourse of the new era,craftsmen of great powers urgently need to undergo in-depth and detailed theoretical discussions.At present,a preliminary exploration of the group characteristics and growth patterns of craftsmen of leading powers should be conducted from the two dimensions of exquisite craftsmanship and technological innovation.Vocational education,as an important carrier for cultivating potential craftsmen of leading powers,requires systematic changes in professional,curriculum,teaching,teacher,and practical aspects.
