摘要

数字化转型已成为高等职业教育发展的重要机遇,驱动高职院校人才培养模式改革创新.推进高等职业教育数字化转型,不仅要加强对数字技术的应用,还要将数字技术与教育教学活动深度融合,构建数字化时代的高等职业教育体系.当前,我国高等职业教育数字化转型面临内驱力不足、保障力不足、支撑力不够、融合力不强等诸多困境.为此,需要推进顶层设计、专业建设、课程与教学、教师发展等各层面工作的数字化转型,通过高等职业教育数字化转型实现职业教育高质量发展.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important opportunity for the development of higher vocational education,driving the reform and innovation of talent cultivation models in vocational colleges.To promote the digital transformation of higher vocational education,it is not only necessary to strengthen the application of digital technology,but also to deeply integrate digital technology with educational and teaching activities,and build a higher vocational education system in the digital era.At present,the digital transformation of higher vocational education in China still faces many difficulties,such as insufficient internal drive,insufficient guarantee,insufficient support,and weak integration.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the digital transformation of top-level design,specialty construction,curriculum and teaching,teacher development,and other aspects of work,and achieve high-quality development of vocational education through the digital transformation of higher vocational education.
