摘要
职业教育积极课程设计就是通过对课程目标、内容、实施、评价等的设计,使课程充分激发学生积极的情绪情感体验,帮助学生积极主动地完成课程学习.职业教育积极课程设计的基本特征主要包括课程目标的挑战性、课程内容的生本性、课程实施的多样化、课程评价的激励性.职业教育积极课程设计的操作策略在于通过多层级、多维度、多样态的积极课程目标设计使课程目标对所有学生都具有挑战性;通过课程内容的结构化封装、课程载体的多样化承载、课程情境的系列化创设使课程内容更具生本性;通过通用的课程实施模板、典型的课程实施案例、丰富的课程实施资源使课程实施更为多样化;通过激励学生评价、对学生进行激励评价和多重多元的激励形式使课程评价更具激励性.
Abstract
Positive curriculum design in vocational education refers to the design of course objectives,content,implementation,evaluation,etc.,which can fully stimulate students'positive emotional experiences and help them actively complete course learning.The basic characteristics of active curriculum design in vocational education mainly include the challenge of curriculum objectives,the inherent nature of curriculum content,the diversity of curriculum implementation,and the motivation of curriculum evaluation.The operational strategy of positive curriculum design in vocational education lies in making the curriculum objectives challenging for all students through multi-level,multi-dimensional,and diverse design of positive curriculum objectives;making the course content more student-centered by structuring and encapsulating course content,diversifying course carriers,and creating a series of course contexts;making course implementation more diverse through universal course implementation templates,typical course implementation cases,and abundant course implementation resources;and making curriculum evaluation more motivating by incentivizing student evaluation,conducting motivational evaluations on students,and implementing multiple and diverse forms of motivation.
