数智时代高职院校劳动教育大课程体系构建
On Constructing a Macro-System of Labor Education in Vocational Colleges in the Context of Digital Intelligence Era

摘要
数字经济时代科技飞速发展,为解放生产力、创新劳动方式提供了动力,劳动教育与数字技术结合是不可阻挡的趋势.高职院校是高技能型人才培养的主阵地,劳动教育应与数智时代的生产劳动和职业技术要求有机结合.课程是实现劳动教育目标的主要载体,但当前高职院校在劳动教育内涵界定、与人才培养方案深度融合、数字化变革等方面仍存在较大的不足.因此,需要围绕"劳动价值观、劳动技能、劳动创造"三层进阶目标为主线,在课程目标、课程内容、课程实施和课程评价四个方面突出数智时代劳动教育的特点和要求,以劳动课程为基础、有机融入专业课程群,在高职人才培养过程中全面渗透劳动教育,扩充劳动教育场域、紧跟数智时代生产技术,系统构建高职院校劳动教育大课程体系.
Abstract
In the era of digital economy,the rapid development of technology has provided impetus for liberating productive forces and innovating labor methods.The combination of labor education and digital technology is an unstoppable trend.Vocational colleges are the main battlefield for cultivating highly skilled talents,and labor education should be organically combined with the production labor and vocational technical requirements of the digital era.Curriculum is the main carrier for achieving labor education goals,but there are still significant shortcomings in defining the connotation of labor education,deeply integrating with talent training programs,and digital transformation in current vocational colleges.Focusing on the three levels of advanced goals of"labor values,labor skills,and labor creation",the characteristics and requirements of labor education in the digital age are highlighted in the four aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation.Based on labor courses organically integrated into specialty curriculum clusters,labor education is fully integrated into the process of vocational talent cultivation,expanding the field of labor education,closely following the production technology of the digital age,and systematically constructing a macro-curriculum system for labor education in vocational colleges.
