摘要
江恒源是近代职业教育的倡导者、开拓者.对职业教育,他毕生潜心研究,躬耕实践,其职业教育思想内容广泛,立意深远.其中,江恒源关于职业教育师资分类、师资标准和师资培养等思考,为当代职业教育提供了许多有益启示:标准引领,建设"双师型"师资;拓展路径,提高培养层次;校企合作,开展分类培训;立体评价,建立考评体系;涵养匠心,厚植教育情怀.
Abstract
Jiang Hengyuan is an advocate and pioneer of modern vocational education.He devoted his whole life to researching and practicing vocational education,with a wide range of ideological content and profound ideas.Among them,Jiang Hengyuan's ideas on the classification,standards,and training of vocational education teachers provide many beneficial insights for contemporary vocational education:Building dual-qualified teaching staff with guidance by standards,expanding the path and improving the level of training,collaborating between schools and enterprises to carry out classified training,establishing a three-dimensional evaluation system and cultivating craftsmanship and a strong sense of education.
