摘要
日本工匠精神在其漫长的历史发展过程中逐渐形成三大根本特性——自然性、心性和特有的传承性.日本工匠精神在自然方面的特性主要体现为日本匠人将造物使用的天然材料视为神的馈赠而加以珍惜,在内部心境方面的特性主要体现为"一心""慢心""执心""无心"的境界,在传承方面的特性体现为超越父子关系的师徒制、教育体系关注匠人和传统技艺、行业协会的组建和匠人奖励制度的延续.这对我国培育工匠精神的启示是工作时要心无旁骛、付诸全心全意、注重技艺传承.
Abstract
On the basis of its essence,the Japanese craftsman spirit has derived three major characteristics:naturalness,inwardness and inheritance,which are the most fundamental characteristics that the Japanese craftsman spirit has retained and continued in the long historical development process.The natural characteristics of the Japanese craftsman spirit are mainly reflected in the Japanese craftsman's treasure of the natural materials used in the creation as gifts from God,and the characteristics of the Japanese craftsman spirit in the internal state of mind are mainly reflected in the realm of"one mind","slow mind","persistent mind"and"no mind".The characteristics of the Japanese craftsman spirit in terms of inheritance are reflected in the mentoring system that goes beyond the father-son relationship,the education system that focuses on craftsmen and traditional skills,the formation of trade associations and the continuation of the craftsman reward system.The inspiration for cultivating the spirit of artisans in our country is to work without distraction,wholeheartedly,and pay attention to the inheritance of skills.
