共生理论视角下市域产教联合体实践的问题审视和建构路径——以苏南地区为例

摘要
共生理论在市域产教联合体建设中具有适用性.当下苏南地区市域产教联合体的建设实践中,存在着共生单元间价值取向和利益诉求存在差异、共生环境缺乏有效政策和保障机制支撑、多元主体共生发展受到制约等现实问题.可以从增强共生主体的兼容与协同性出发,在行为方式上构建互惠共生模式,在组织程度上构建一体化共生模式,通过畅通共生界面、构建共享平台、优化共生环境、加强政策保障等有效路径来构建市域产教联合体.
Abstract
The theory of symbiosis has applicability in the construction of urban industry education consortia.In the current construction practice of urban industry education consortia in southern Jiangsu,there are practical problems such as differences in value orientation and interest demands among symbiotic units,lack of effective policies and guarantee mechanisms to support the symbiotic environment,and constraints on the development of multi-subject symbiosis.To solve such problems,a feasible approach is to enhance the compatibility and synergy of symbiotic entities,construct a mutually beneficial symbiotic model in behavior,and build an integrated symbiotic model at the organizational level.By establishing a smooth symbiotic interface,building a shared platform,optimizing the symbiotic environment,and strengthening policy guarantees,a municipal industry education alliance can effectively be built.
