摘要
高职教育高质量发展是新时代高职教育深化改革的重要方向,其改革发展与我国经济社会发展呈现出相互依存的图景.从生态位视角看,我国高职教育面临着生态位"态势"定位模糊、"宽度"承载力弱、"重叠"现象严重的实践困境,在时间生态因子、空间生态因子、制度生态因子、环境生态因子、人力生态因子、质量生态因子、规模生态因子等方面仍存在短板和堵点.高职教育应以愿景为导向,助推高职教育生态位"态势"回归;以知识资本投入为内核,拓展高职教育生态位"宽度";以内涵式发展为理念,促进高职教育生态位"分离",从而实现高职教育生态位平衡与优化,助力高职教育高质量发展.
Abstract
The high-quality development of higher vocational education is an important direction for deepening the reform of higher vocational education in the new era,and its reform and development are interdependent with China's socio-economic development.From the perspective of ecological niche,vocational education in China is facing practical difficulties such as vague"posture"positioning of ecological niche,weak"width"bearing capacity,and serious"overlap"phenomenon.There are still shortcomings and bottlenecks in terms of time ecological factors,spatial ecological factors,institutional ecological factors,environmental ecological factors,human ecological factors,quality ecological factors,and scale ecological factors,etc.Based on this,higher vocational education should take the vision as guidance to help restore the"posture"of ecological niche of higher vocational education,take knowledge capital investment as the core to expand the"width"of ecological niche of higher vocational education,take connotative development as the concept to promote the"separation"of ecological niche of higher vocational education,so as to achieve the balance and optimization of the ecological niche of higher vocational education,and facilitate the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
