The curriculum construction of high-level specialty clusters in higher vocational colleges is not only a technical problem such as structural reconstruction and value reconstruction,but also a requirement for the adaptive reform of the curriculum system.The system innovation of the curriculum reform of the high-level specialty clusters in higher vocational education requires us to understand the essence of the specialty cluster course system from the perspective of values and concepts,guided by human and cluster concepts;scientifically empower and reasonably safeguard rights from the perspective of equity distribution;clarify the main role of specialty cluster curriculum construction,provide action guidelines for the construction of specialty courses from the perspective of behavioral rules,overall design,scientific planning,and specialty cluster curriculum,and establish a policy framework for the construction of specialty cluster courses from the perspective of performance carriers,with regulatory supply,regulatory constraints,and implementation as the starting points.In the aspect of action,the construction of curriculum system should be guided by the national qualification framework to increase the systematicness and depth of top-level design,promote the refinement and integration of training content based on national professional teaching standards,and promote the standardization and flexibility of the curriculum based on the curriculum standards.
