摘要
耕读教育是涉农高职院校加强"三农"情怀教育与职业素养教育的重要载体."耕读观"培育,具有历史渊源、政策背景、学科发展的三重逻辑,是探索"三农"人才培养改革模式的重要抓手.针对其缺乏系统性设计、教学内容单一、结合学情不足的现实境遇,涉农高职院校应从系统化建设、多样化教学、科学化评价入手,探明"耕读观"培育的推行路径,推动"一懂两爱"的乡村振兴人才队伍建设.
Abstract
Farming-and-reading education is an important carrier for agricultural vocational colleges to strengthen the devotion to"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"and professional ethics.The cultivation of the"farming-and-reading ideology"has a triple logic of historical origins,policy background,and disciplinary development,and is an important starting point for exploring the reform mode of talent cultivation in agriculture,rural areas,and farmers.In response to the lack of systematic design,single teaching content,and insufficient integration with learning situations,agricultural vocational colleges should start with systematic construction,diversified teaching,and scientific evaluation,explore the promotion path of cultivating the"farming-and-reading ideology",and promote the construction of a rural revitalization talent team understanding agriculture,loving rural areas,and loving farmers.
