Based on the macro background of high-quality development of the nation and higher education,theoretical basis and practical strategies of quality culture in tertiary-level vocational and technical schools are systematically explored.By analyzing the connotation and unique attributes of quality culture in tertiary-level vocational and technical schools,it is emphasized that the type characteristics of tertiary-level vocational and technical education affect the foundation of the construction of quality culture in such schools,and the research status and practical challenges in the construction of quality culture in this type of schools are sorted out.On the basis of theoretical exploration,the innovative"QC-VUS"quality culture model is proposed,which consists of six modules:core concept,structural framework,practical operation,characteristic development,support and guarantee,and achievement transformation,aiming to form a systematic framework for constructing quality culture.The model emphasizes the interaction and collaboration among the modules,and proposes specific implementation strategies for each module,providing an operable guide for vocational colleges to build quality culture.
