黄炎培职业教育人才观的形成贯穿于黄炎培职业教育思想发展的全过程,归因于同时代进步人士以教育寻求旧中国救亡图存的改革探索、中国民族工商业的实业发展对专业人才的急迫需求、个人推广实践职业教育培养人才的责任担当等主要因素,经历了以个体生存为基础、以人的全面发展为目标、以为群服务为价值旨归等三个维度.传承黄炎培职业教育人才观,探索职业院校人才培养以黄炎培实用主义教育思想为指导,提升专业建设与人才培养质量;以黄炎培职业道德教育思想为指导,落实"德才兼备、以德为先"的课程育人根本;以黄炎培大职业教育主义为指导,精准匹配职业教育与社会人才需求等育人路径,培养新时代高素质技术技能人才,对于推动职业教育高质量发展具有重要意义.
The formation of Huang Yanpei's talent views of vocational education runs through the whole process of the development of Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought,which is attributed to the reform exploration of contemporary progressives seeking the salvation of old China through education,the urgent demand for professional talents in the industrial development of China's national industry and commerce,and the responsibility of personal promotion and practice of vocational education to cultivate talents.It has gone through three dimensions:based on individual survival,aiming for comprehensive human development,and serving the group as the value goal.It is pointed out that Huang Yanpei's vocational education talent views should be inherited,and vocational colleges should explore talent cultivation guided by Huang Yanpei's pragmatic education philosophy,optimize and improve professional construction and talent cultivation quality,that Huang Yanpei's professional ethics education ideology should be used as a guide to implement the fundamental principle of"combining morality and ability,putting morality first"in education,and that Huang Yanpei's macro-vocational education philosophy should be used as a guide to accurately match vocational education with social talent needs and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents for the new era,in order to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
