进入中国特色社会主义新时代,企业家精神受到了前所未有的关注.张謇作为近代著名的爱国实业家、教育家、慈善家和社会活动家,在艰苦卓绝的创业过程中形成了特色鲜明的企业家精神.张謇企业家精神的生成得益于中国近代儒商文化的丰厚滋养,其形成不仅是民族危难之际的图存选择,更是近代中国经济社会发展的历史必然.张謇企业家精神具备丰富的价值内涵,主要体现在爱国情怀、创新精神、诚信品格、民本意识和开放意识等五重维度.新时代弘扬张謇企业家精神的价值意义在于汲取优秀榜样力量,引领企业砥砺前行;坚定实业兴邦信念,推动中国经济高质量发展;夯实立德树人根基,打造职业教育产教融合新样板.
Abstract
In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the entrepreneurial spirit has received unprecedented attention.Zhang Jian,as a famous patriotic industrialist,educator,philanthropist,and social activist in modern times,formed a distinctive entrepreneurial spirit in the arduous process of entrepreneurship.The emergence of Zhang Jian's entrepreneurial spirit benefited from the rich nourishment of modern Confu-cian business culture in China.It was not only a survival choice during the national crisis,but also a histori-cal inevitability of the economic and social development of modern China.Zhang Jian's entrepreneurial spirit has rich value connotations,mainly reflected in five dimensions:patriotism,innovation spirit,integrity,people-oriented consciousness,and open mindedness.The value and significance of promoting Zhang Jian's entrepreneurial spirit in the new era lies in drawing on the power of excellent role models and leading enterprises to forge ahead,firmly upholding the belief in promoting industrial prosperity and driving high-quality development of the Chinese economy,and consolidating the foundation of cultivating morality and talents to create a new model of industry-education integration in vocational education.
