实现职业教育教师评价科学化是促进职业教育高质量发展必不可少的环节,也是教育强国建设的题中应有之义.实现职业教育教师评价科学化发展需要对其从原则、问题和实践理路方面进行分析:从原则来看,职业教育教师评价原则的价值性体现是政治性原则,本质性体现是发展性原则,规范性体现是整体性原则;从现实问题来看,职业教育教师评价需注意其评价标准问题、破"五唯"问题、评价思维问题;从实践理路来看,应坚持立德树人的根本评价导向、优化教师评价思维并探寻教师评价的新范式.
Realizing the scientific evaluation of vocational education teachers is an essential link in promoting the high-quality development of vocational education,and it is also a necessary part of building an education powerhouse.To achieve the scientific development of vocational education teacher evaluation,it is necessary to analyze it from the aspects of principles,issues,and practical approaches:From a principle perspective,the value of vocational education teacher evaluation principles is reflected in political principles,the essence is reflected in developmental principles,and the standardization is reflected in holistic principles;from a practical perspective,the evaluation of vocational education teachers should pay attention to the issues of evaluation standards,breaking through the"five criteria",and evaluation thinking;from a logical perspective,we should adhere to the fundamental evaluation orientation of cultivating morality and talents,optimize teacher evaluation thinking,and explore new paradigms for teacher evaluation.
