Teachers'digital competence is a key ability for vocational colleges to carry out digital age education and cultivate digital technology skilled talents.On the basis of clarifying the connotation of digital competence of vocational school teachers and drawing on the research results of teacher digital competence frameworks at home and abroad,a digital competence evaluation system for vocational school teachers was constructed using the Delphi method and AHP analytic hierarchy process,which includes 4 primary elements,11 secondary elements,and 32 tertiary elements,on the basis of which a path for enhancing the digital competence of vocational college teachers is proposed:digital technology helps teachers empower students,multi-party cooperation optimizes teachers'digital teaching practices,hierarchical training enhances teachers'general digital literacy,and continuous learning achieves the path of teachers'professional development.
