新质生产力视域下的工匠型旅游人才素质模型构建及启示
Construction and Enlightenment of the Quality Model of Craftsman-oriented Tourism Talents from the Perspective of New-Quality Productive Forces

摘要
在国家大力发展新质生产力的时代背景下,旅游行业迫切需要工匠型旅游人才助力其高质量发展.为更好地探索工匠型旅游人才的素质构成,通过对 30 位旅游行业中层及以上的管理者进行访谈,以扎根理论为研究路径,从原始语句中逐步提炼出 127 个初始概念、17 个子范畴和 8 个主范畴,并从筑基力、嬗变力、可持续发展力三个方面构建了新质生产力视域下的工匠型文旅人才素质模型.在对模型要素进行阐释的基础上,从强化筑基力、构筑嬗变力、塑造可持续发展力三个方面对高职院校培养未来的工匠型文旅人才提出启示.
Abstract
In the context of the country's vigorous development of new-quality productive forces,the tourism industry urgently needs skilled tourism talents to assist in its high-quality development.In order to better explore the quality composition of craftsman-oriented tourism talents,interviews were conducted with 30 middle-level and above managers in the cultural and tourism industry.Using grounded theory as the research path,127 initial concepts,17 subcategories,and 8 main categories were gradually abstracted from the original sentences.A craftsman-oriented cultural and tourism talent quality model was constructed from the perspectives of foundation building,transformation,and sustainable development from the perspective of new-quality productive forces.Based on the explanation of the model elements,insights are provided for vocational colleges to cultivate future craftsman-oriented cultural and tourism talents from the three aspects of strengthening the foundation,constructing transformative power,and shaping sustainable development power.
