摘要
提出一个灵活的基于容器的计算平台,用于在云上运行科学工作流程.容器集群系统为数据密集型科学工作流程带来了很少的性能开销,同时能够解决工具安装问题,保证可重复性,提高资源利用率.使用者可在几分钟内轻松地在任何云上部署该计算平台.
Abstract
A flexible container-based computing platform is proposed for running scientific workflows on cloud.The container cluster system has little performance overhead for data-intensive scientific workflows,while being able to solve tool installation problem,ensure reproducibility and improve resource utilization.Users can easily deploy this computing platform on any cloud in a few minutes.
