基于混沌变异MOPSO的儿童座椅优化设计

为了提高儿童座椅的安全性,建立了儿童安全座椅的有限元模型,利用LS-DYNA进行碰撞仿真.选取靠背倾角、头枕倾角和安全带中心高度作为设计变量构建响应面模型.提出混沌变异理论在粒子群优化中的应用,并利用基于混沌变异的分组MOPSO算法得到儿童座椅的参数最优解.最后利用最优解再次进行仿真实验,并与原始性能对比,得到的结果在儿童各个部位的损伤、防护都有明显改善.
Optimization design of child seat based on chaotic mutation MOPSO
In order to improve the safety of child seats,a finite element model of a child safety seat is established,and LS-DYNA is used for crash simulation.The backrest inclination,headrest inclination,and seat belt center height are selected as design variables to establish response surface models.The application of chaotic mutation theory in particle swarm optimization(PSO)is proposed,and the optimal solution of child seat parameters is obtained by using the grouped MOPSO algorithm based on chaotic mutation.Finally,the optimal solution is used to carry out the simulation experiment again and compared with the original performance.The results show a significant improvement in the injury protection of all parts of the child.
