Study on identification of Chinese herbal medicine based on spectral data analysis
The spectral data based identification method of Chinese herbal medicine is introduced,which uses infrared reflectance spectra to extract the differential features of Chinese herbal medicines,thus achieving the identification of their species and origins.A fuzzy clustering model is established to cluster the spectral data of 425 groups of Chinese herbal medicine samples,and the principal component analysis is completed using SIMCA software,which realizes the identification of species and origin of the herbal samples.
