A Qualitative Analysis of Rural Teachers'Educational Feelings
The revitalization of rural education depends on rural teachers,but the retaining of them has always been a difficult problem that troubles the construction of rural teaching staff.Through the analysis of the interview data of 15 Ma Yun Rural Teacher Award winners,it is found that rural teachers'educational feelings have moral attributes,driving them to participate in rural education,which is the manifestation of individual moral culti-vation.On this basis,the representation frame of rural teachers'educational feelings is extracted,including the following four components:knowl-edge,emotion,intention and action,which confirms that educational feelings are an objective reality.Improving the educational feelings of rural teach-ers is the key to solving the problem of retaining rural teachers.In the construction of rural teaching staff,it is necessary to select excellent talents who are willing to devote themselves to rural education,strengthen their understanding of rural education,and provide them with comprehensive material and spiritual support.
