Optimization Strategies of Returning Hometown Internship for Rural-oriented Normal Students in Local Normal Colleges and Universities
Returning hometown internship is an important part of practical teaching in the targeted training programs for rural teachers in many prov-inces in China,which helps to improve the professional ability of the rural-oriented normal students,relieve their occupational anxiety,cultivate their rural education feelings,and construct the identity of rural teachers.However,there are the following problems in the current returning hometown in-ternship of rural-oriented normal students:the goal of internship is not clear;the cooperative guidance in practice needs to be strengthened;the selec-tion and training of practice instructors is insufficient;the quality assurance system for internship needs to be improved.In order to improve the quality of returning hometown internship of rural-oriented normal students,it is necessary to clarify the goal of rural-oriented normal students'internship,improve the cooperation model between local education administrative departments,normal colleges and universities and rural schools,establish a se-lection and training mechanism for practice instructors and improve the quality assurance system of internship.
