基于胜任力量表的中国工会社会工作自主知识体系构建

在我国社会工作本土化的进程中,工会社会工作以其独特的实践模式和深厚的群众基础,成为最具中国特色的实践领域之一.然而,工会社会工作的本土实践深化面临着诸多挑战,其中工会社会工作者的实践能力是关键因素.本研究通过问卷调查和探索性因子分析,构建了工会社会工作者胜任力量表,萃取了包括价值素养、场景素养与专业素养在内的三个维度胜任力指标.这一量表不仅为评估和提升工会社会工作者的实践能力提供了有效工具,也为深入理解中国工会社会工作的实践要求提供了理论支撑.基于工会社会工作者胜任力量表,本研究从工会社会工作本土实践场景的要求出发,进一步讨论了构建中国工会社会工作"政治—场景—专业"三维自主知识体系的学理构思.
Constructing an Independent Knowledge System for Chinese Trade Union Social Work Based on Competency Scale
In the process of localization of social work in China,trade union social work has become one of the most practical fields with Chinese char-acteristics due to its unique practice model and solid mass base.However,the deepening of local practice of trade union social work faces many challen-ges,among which the practical ability of trade union social workers is a key factor.Through questionnaire survey and exploratory factor analysis,this study constructed a competency scale for trade union social workers with the following three dimensions of value competency,scenario competency,and professional competency as indicators.This scale provided an effective tool for evaluating and improving the professional ability of social workers,as well as theoretical support for deeply understanding the essential requirements of Chinese trade union social work.Based on the competency scale,this study focused on the theoretical concept of the three-dimensional independent knowledge system of"politics-scenario-profession"in Chinese trade union so-cial work in the line with the nature of Chinese trade union and the requirements of local practice scenarios of trade union social work,which is of great significance for improving the professional ability of social workers and promoting the innovation and development of Chinese social work theory.
