Why and How:Research on Evaluation of the Effects of Youth-oriented Interpretation of the Party's Innovative Theories in the New Era
To enable the innovative theories of the Party in the new era to have a primary effect on college and university students,and to help college and university students"buckle their first button of life"via Marxism in line with the Chinese context and the needs of the times are the primary task for Chinese colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and shoulder the glorious mission of cultivating talents for the Party and the country.Based on school-based research and with the help of modern information technology,this study attempted to eval-uate the effects of youth-oriented interpretation of the Party's innovative theories in the new era.The research finds that colleges and universities can a-dopt an improvement path to build up a backbone team of more than 10 members within about 100 days through educating over 10,000 teachers and students with the Party's innovative theories with more than 1,000 ideological and political cducation pattems,thus forming an efficient and feasible paradigm of the youth-oriented interpretation of the Party's innovative theories in the new era so as to achieve the Pygmalion effect.0n the basis of the practices,a"three-way-in and three-way-out"effect evaluation model was constructed,providing practical samples for the youth to propagate the innovative theories of the Party in the new era and theoretical references for evaluating its effects.
