摘要

针对要地防空导弹武器系统作战试验,提出了基于任务的作战试验指标体系构建方法、流程和步骤;基于典型作战任务,综合运用层次分析法和专家咨询法对要地防空导弹武器系统的作战试验指标体系进行分析分解,以满足装备能力可定性、定量检验和评估的目的;最后,以某型要地防空导弹武器系统作战试验的指标体系构建为例,按照基本构建流程,给出了构建的具体过程和结果,检验了方法的可行性,范例只针对系统的几类主要指标进行了构建分解,完整的指标体系还需依据文中的方法继续完善.

Abstract

Aimed at the operational test of air defense missile weapon systems,this paper proposes a construction method,process and step of operational test index system based on mission;Based on typical operational mission,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and expert consultation method are comprehensively adopted to analyze and decompose the operational test index sys-tem of antiaircraft missile weapon system,so as to satisfy the qualitative and quantitative inspection and evaluation of equipment;Fi-nally,it is taken as an example for the construction of the operational test index system for a certain air defense missile weapon sys-tem,the concrete construction process and results are given according to the basic construction process,and the feasibility of the method is inspected,the example is constructed and decomposed only for several main indexes of the system,and the complete index system needs to be further perfected according to the method.
