机电复合传动关键部件和系统级性能综合评估方法研究

动力传动系统的性能评估在陆上机动装备试验鉴定过程中具有重要意义;机电复合传动系统所具有的多动力源协同工作、高效多模供电、结构复杂度和集成度高等特点决定了现有评估方法无法给出完善、充分的性能评估结果;为充分满足对系统设计、匹配、控制、耐久性等系统指标及部件性能指标的验证与考核需求,提出新的机电复合传动系统部件级性能评估方法;基于机电复合传动装置的综合性能评价指标体系,开展了机电复合传动装置的系统级、部件级性能评估方法研究,通过综合赋权确定了指标的不同权重,提出了发动机、电机等不同部件的评估方法,并提出了层次分析法与模糊综合评估法相结合的系统级评估方法,综合考虑了机电复合传动系统中各关键部件对系统性能的影响程度,确定了指标体系中各项指标对表征系统性能的贡献度。
Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Method for Electromechanical Composite Transmission Key Components and System-level Performance
The performance evaluation of powertrain systems is of great significance in the process of equipment test and evaluation.Elec-tromechanical composite transmission systems have the characteristics of multi-power source collaboration,efficient multi-mode power supply,high structural complexity,and integration.These characteristics determine that existing evaluation methods cannot provide perfect and suffi-cient performance evaluation results;In order to fully meet verification and assessment requirements such as system design,matching,control,durability,and other system indicators as well as component performance indicators,a new component level performance evaluation method for electromechanical composite transmission system is proposed.Based on a comprehensive index system for evaluating the overall performance of electromechanical composite transmission devices,It investigates the evaluation methods for both system-level and component-level perform-ances of electromechanical composite transmission devices,different weights of each indicator are determined through comprehensive weighting techniques,evaluation methods are presented for various components such as engines and generators,and a system level evaluation method combining hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed.By considering the influences of key components in the electro-mechanical composite transmission system on the system performance,the contribution of various indicators in the indicator system on the sys-tem performance is determined.
