在光谱作用下,H2S产物快速挥发,且挥发行为表现极为明显,根据光谱效果准确分析H2S产物在SF6分解气体中的含量具有一定的难度;因此,研究一种基于红外和紫外光谱分析的SF6分解气体在线监测技术;通过将红外测量单元、紫外测量单元与多通道光谱脉冲幅度分析器连接在一起,并采用气体分离特性函数和吸附等温线等方法,准确分析SF6分解气体中H2S成分的含量;实验结果表明,该方法的H2S气体产物含量检测结果与真实气体含量之间的差值始终为零,实现了对SF6分解气体中H2S成分含量的准确测量。
On-line Monitoring Technology of SF6 Decomposition Gas Based on Infrared and Ultraviolet Spectrum Analysis
Under the influence of spectroscopy,H2S products evaporate quickly,with a very obvious volatilization behavior.Based on spectral effects,it is difficult to accurately analyze the content of H2S products in SF6 decomposition gas.Therefore,an SF6 decomposition gas online monitoring technology based on infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy analysis is studied.By connecting the infrared measurement unit,ultraviolet measurement unit,and multi-channel spectral pulse amplitude analyzer together,and using gas separation characteristic functions and adsorption isotherms,the content of H2S component in SF6 decomposition gas is accurately an-alyzed.Experimental results show that by using this method,the difference between the detection result of H2S gas products and that of the actual gas is always zero,achieving an accurate measurement for H2S component in SF6 decomposition gas.
