Isolation and identification of bacteria in Penaeus vannammei during cold storage and analysis of composition of microorganism
To identify the bacterial composition during cold storage of Penaeus vannammei and providing guidance for the new natural preservative, identification of microorganism strain was performed by using the physiological and biological test, and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. Combined with physiological and biochemical test results and phylogenetic tree analysis , the result demonstrated that there were eight typical microorganism strains in Penaeus vannammei under cold storage. The eight microorganism strains ( and the proportion in the end of shelf life, respectively) were as follows : Shewanella putrefaciens ( 36% ) , Aeromonas hydrophila ( 26% ) , Pseudomonas putida ( 15% ) , Bacillus cereus ( 7% ) , Psychrobacter sp. ( 10% ) , Acinetobacter (2% ) , Staphyloccocus aureus( 2% ) , Microbacterium ( 1% ) . Slzewanella putrefaciens could be considered as dominated strains during cold storage of Penaeus vannammei
