摘要
随着分子生物学的不断发展,分子标记在果树育种中发挥的作用也愈发重要.本文主要对不同果树育种的分子标记类型及分子标记在果树种质资源鉴定、抗性育种、无核育种、早熟育种、品质改良育种、分子遗传图谱构建与数量性状座位(QTL)基因定位等方面的应用进行了综述,为果树分子标记辅助育种提供参考.
Abstract
With the development of molecular biology,molecular markers have played more important roles in the breeding of fruit trees.In this paper,we mainly expounded the types of molecular markers in different fruit trees breeding,and summarized the application of molecular markers in the identification of germplasm resources,resistance breeding,seedless breeding,early maturity breeding,quality improvement breeding,molecular genetic map construction and quanti-tative trait locus(QTL)mapping in fruit trees.Our study can provide reference for molecular marker assistant breeding in fruit trees.
