丝瓜果实品质性状因子分析与评价体系建立

为了对丝瓜果实品质进行综合评价,本研究利用变异系数分析、相关性分析、因子分析和聚类分析等方法,对 203 份丝瓜种质资源果实品质性状相关的 28 项指标进行测定,并对数据进行处理和分析,据此建立丝瓜果实品质综合评估模型,根据综合得分结合二维排序图,筛选获得高品质丝瓜种质资源.结果表明,203 份丝瓜种质资源的 28 项果实品质性状指标的变异系数为12.80%~63.12%,变异系数最大的为氨气含量,其次为精氨酸含量;变异系数最小的为果实致密度,其次为粗蛋白含量.因子分析结果显示,从 28 个品质性状中综合筛选出 7 个公因子,第 1 和第 2 公因子的贡献率分别为 31.20%和 13.55%,7 个公因子累计方差贡献率达到77.56%.综合相关性分析和聚类分析,将品质指标简化为瓜长、瓜横径、可溶性固形物含量、纤维素含量、精氨酸含量、抗坏血酸含量这 6 项代表性指标,据此对丝瓜种质资源的果实品质性状进行综合评估打分.本研究建立了丝瓜果实品质综合评估模型,为高品质丝瓜新品种或新组合筛选提供技术支撑,为丝瓜产业高质量发展奠定重要基础.
Factor analysis and evaluation system construction of fruit quality traits of sponge gourd
The 28 indexes related to fruit quality traits of 203 sponge gourd germplasm resources were deter-mined,and the data processing and analysis were carried out by the methods of coefficient of variation analysis,corre-lation analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis,and a comprehensive evaluation model of sponge gourd fruit quali-ty was established.According to the comprehensive score combined with the two-dimensional ranking map,high-quali-ty sponge gourd germplasm resources were screened and obtained.The results showed that the coefficients of variation for 28 fruit quality traits in 203 sponge gourd germplasm resources ranged from 12.80%to 63.12%,and the trait with largest coefficient of variation was NH3 content,followed by arginine content.The trait with smallest coefficient of variation was fruit density,fol-lowed by crude protein content.Seven common factors were comprehensively selected from 28 quality traits by factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.56%,among which the first and second common factors were 31.20%and 13.55%,respectively.Based on the correlation analysis and cluster analysis,the quality traits were simplified into six representative indexes,including fruit length,fruit transverse diameter,soluable solids content,cellulose content,arginine content and ascorbic acid content.Moreover,the fruit quality of 203 sponge gourd germplasm resources was comprehensively evaluated and scored.In this study,a comprehensive evaluation model of sponge gourd fruit quality was established,which provided technical support for screening new sponge gourd varieties or combinations with high-quality,and laid an important foundation for promoting the high-quality development in sponge gourd industry.
