Effects of grasses cultivation on soil microbial community structure and diversity in the Carya cathayensis forest
In this study, four treatments[oil rape seed, common squill bulb, vetch, natural weeds(as CK)]each with three replicates were assessed in a randomized design.Four years later,high-throughput sequencing technique was adopt-ed to examine the different planting species effects on soil microbial community structure and diversity, and analysis of cor-relation between microorganism and environmental factors. The results showed that Acidobacteria and Proteobacteria were the dominant bacterial communities in the soil. The relative abundance of proteobacteria in the upper soil of rapeseed increased by 71.41%compared with that in the lower soil. The dominant fungal communities were Ascomycetes,Basidio-mycetes and Sphaeromycetes, and the relative abundance of Sphaeromycetes in the topsoil layer of each grass model was increased by 202.81%,193.90%and 65.04%,respectively,compared with the control. The species composition of the bacterial community in the surface soil of each grass pattern was relatively uniform and the species were abundant. The Chao1,Shannon and Ace indices of the surface soil of rape pattern were significantly higher than those of other grass pat-terns.There was no significant difference in the diversity index of soil fungal communities. The results of tree cluster map showed that different grass treatments had significant effects on soil bacterial and fungal communities.Based on the CCA analysis of soil community structure and environmental factors at gate level, the bacterial community structure was posi-tively correlated with pH,total phosphorus, available phosphorus, and organic matter. The fungal community structure was positively correlated with pH,total phosphorus, available phosphorus and hydroperoxide. These results indicated that different grass treatments had a great effect on soil microorganisms, and selecting suitable grass species could im-prove soil microbial community structure and increase species composition uniformity and richness of bacterial community, among which rapeseed had the best comprehensive effect.
