Identification and functional analysis of the bZIP gene family of Cinnamomum camphora
Basic Leucine zipper(bZIP)gene can respond to a variety of abiotic stress. To explore Cinnamomum cam-phora whether bZIP gene has the ability to regulate abiotic stress, the whole genome identification and phylogenetic anal-ysis were carried out.The results showed that there were a total of 56 bZIP genes(CcbZIP)in Cinnamomum camphora, divided into 10 subfamilies. The conserved motifs, gene structure, conserved domains, and physicochemical properties in-dicated that the conserved motifs of genes in the same subfamily were similar, while there were significant differences in the conserved motifs of genes in different subfamilies.56 CcbZIP genes were unevenly distributed on 12 chromosomes, and there were fragment replication events,Cinnamomum camphora and Populus trichocarpa had the most collinear genes. The cis-regulatory element showed that the CcbZIP gene family contained the most light response element,as well as a large number of abiotic stress response element such as drought, low temperature, anaerobic and hormone response element.Expression analysis showed that most CcbZIP genes were highly expressed in branches and leaves under poor soil conditions, and the expression level of soil fertility enhancing genes decreased after fertilization.
