25%丁醚脲·唑虫酰胺悬浮剂对茶小绿叶蝉的室内活性及田间防效评价

摘要
为评估25%丁醚脲·唑虫酰胺悬浮剂对茶树茶小绿叶蝉的防治效果,采用共毒系数法测定98%丁醚脲和95%唑虫酰胺不同配比对茶小绿叶蝉的联合毒力,通过25%丁醚脲·唑虫酰胺悬浮剂按有效成分112.5、150.0、187.5 g·hm-2,25%丁醚脲悬浮剂750.0 g·hm-2,以及30%唑虫酰胺悬浮剂90.0 g·hm-2进行两地田间药效对比试验.结果表明:丁醚脲与唑虫酰胺以2:3比例混配时共毒系数最高,为144.21.25%丁醚脲·唑虫酰胺悬浮剂速效性良好,药后1 d,长安村田间试验防效为67.55%~76.87%,岭下村田间试验防效为86.24%~93.33%;持效性优异,药后7 d,长安村防效为89.50%~95.29%,岭下村防效为85.53%~92.74%.综上,25%丁醚脲·唑虫酰胺悬浮剂对茶小绿叶蝉防效较好,茶叶生产中推荐施药剂量按有效成分112.5~187.5 g·hm-2的25%丁醚脲·唑虫酰胺悬浮剂兑水喷雾防治.
Abstract
The study aims to evaluate the field efficacy of diafenthiuron·tolfenpyrad 25%suspension concentrate(SC)against Empoasca pirisuga Matumura.The combined toxicity of 98%diafenthiuron and 95%tolfenpyrad at different ra-tios to E.pirisuga Matsumura was determined by the method of co-toxicity coefficient,at the same time,field efficacy comparison tests between two places were carried out with diafenthiuron·tolfenpyrad 25%SC 112.5,150.0 and 187.5 g·hm-2,diafenthiuron 25%SC 750.0 g·hm 2 and tolfenpyrad 30%SC 90.0 g·hm-2.Highest co-toxicity coefficient was 144.21 in the mixture of diafenthiuron and tolfenpyrad at the ratio of 2:3.The diafenthiuron·tolfenpyrad 25%SC can control E.pirisuga Matumura rapidly and had great duration,the field efficacy results in Chang'an village and Lingx-ia village showed that the field efficacy of diafenthiuron·tolfenpyrad 25%SC was 67.55%-76.87%and 86.24%-93.33%after applying 1 d,and the field efficacy was 89.50%-95.29%and 85.53%-92.74%after applying 7 d.The results show that diafenthiuron·tolfenpyrad 25%SC has good field efficacy on E.pirisuga Matumura.In tea produc-tion,spraying diafenthiuron·tolfenpyrad 25%SC with the dose of 112.5-187.5 g·hm-2 was recommended to control E.pirisuga Matumura.
