5种杀菌剂对红麻炭疽病防效及红麻产量的影响

为筛选防治红麻炭疽病的高效杀菌剂,采用生长速率法和凹玻片法室内测定5种杀菌剂对红麻炭疽病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的毒力,选择其中3种效果较好的药剂进行田间药效试验.结果表明:咪鲜胺、吡唑醚酯和苯醚甲环唑对红麻炭疽病菌菌丝生长和孢子萌发的抑制效果较好,菌丝的EC5.分别为0.088 0、0.120 5和0.513 6 μg·mL-1,孢子萌发的EC50分别为0.123 0、0.165 8和0.898 7 μg·mL-1.以25%咪鲜胺乳油900 mL·hm-2剂量(用水量为450 kg·hm-2)对红麻叶面进行喷施,对红麻炭疽病田间防效达94.34%,且使红麻单株纤维重较对照显著增加15.92%.这一研究可为红麻炭疽病的防治提供参考.
Effect of 5 fungicides on the control effect of anthracnose in kenaf and the yield of kenaf
To screen out effective fungicides for controlling kenaf anthracnose,Indoor toxicity determination of five fungicides against mycelial growth and spore germination of kenaf anthracnose disease were determined by growth rate method and concave slide method.The control effect of three better fungicides was investigated in field.The indoor test results showed that prochloraz,pyrazoxystrobin,and feniconazole had better inhibitory effects on the mycelial growth and spore germination of kenaf anthracnose.Their EC50 for inhibiting mycelial growth were 0.088 0,0.120 5 and 0.513 6μg·mL-1,and their EC50 for inhibiting spore germination were 0.123 0,0.165 8 and 0.898 7 μg·mL-1.The field control effect of 900 mL·hm-2 of 25%prochloraz emulsion(water consumption is 450 kg·hm-2)sprayed on the leaves of kenaf against anthracnose disease reached 94.34%,and the fiber weight per plant of kenaf increased by 15.92%,with a significant difference.This result provided a reference for the prevention and control of kenaf anthracnose.
