摘要
研究了淬火方式和回火温度对ZG80Cr2MnMoSi钢的组织、性能以及磨损特性的影响。研究结果表明:ZG80Cr2MnMoSi钢对淬火方式不敏感,具有良好的淬透性和淬硬性;试验钢经过870℃×2 h风冷+500℃×2 h回火处理,所获得基体的硬度明显高于传统钢ZGMn13强化后的硬度,获得的组织为回火屈氏体,其硬度为49 HRC,冲击韧度为33 J/cm2,耐磨性能好。
Abstract
Influences of quenching method and tempering temperature on the microstructures,properties and wear characteristic of ZG80Cr2MnMoSi steel have studied.The test results show that the ZG80Cr2MnMoSi steel has good hardenability and is not sensitive to quenching ways.Hardness of the tested steel quenched at 870 ℃ by forced air and tempered at 550 ℃ for 2 h is higher than that of the traditional hardened steel ZGMn13,and the obtained microstructure is tempered troostite,the hardness is 49 HRC,the impact toughness is 33 J/cm2,and the wear loss is less which exhibits excellently abrasion resistance.
